Ive been asked to provide the above but everytime I try to find it it comes back not detected why is this, what do I need to do to find it. Its a mobile device

Hi Emma. Not all ISP's assign IPv4. They sometimes only assign IPv6. This is not in error. Depending on your situation, you may be able to call your mobile provider and ask for IPv4 instead of IPv6.
