I'm trying to install this camera at my home. Everything seems to install fine, I can see camera with TrendNet software and the iPhone app and the ip address that was given to me. Went I leave my house camera won't connect to iphone app and I'm not able to view camera at the office with the software. Any suggestions on settings.

It sounds like it's accessible when your connected to your local network but not anywhere else. That would most likely be a port forwarding problem. You need to forward the port the camera is on through your router to the IP address of the camera. To connect outside your home, you need to access your external IP address which is the address you see on our home page when your at home. If your using a port other the 80, you also need to include the port number after the IP address.
For example: If your camera is at 192.168.1.45 and set to listen on port 8080, you would access the camera internally at http://192.168.1.45:8080. To access it externally, forward port 8080 to 192.168.1.45 in your router and connect to http://:8080
