trace email by country and city

Hi Brian,
need your help on this.....how do i trace email by city and country...Email is from gmail to my yahoo account.

you have to get the IP first from the header. The country/city information is not included in the header.....only the senders IP.

Because the email is from gmail, the originating IP may only point to Mountain View, CA (Google's HQ location).
