I think someone I know has been wrongfully viewing my personal/company email account. It's possible she figured out my password. This would've occurred 2 years ago though!
Anyway, I have about 200+ emails from her, so I know most of the IP's she's used.
First, the company I host with is saying their logs only go back 1 month. Isn't that just a 'run-around' answer? Because aren't they required by law to keep logs going back XX years AND to take these requests seriously?
Second, to help me make a list of all her IP's from this folder of her emails, I'm wondering if there's and easy way to do that. I've wondered if Outlook will export only that data, or if there's a little program to do this somewhere?
First things first, change your password.
Secondly, if your password is changed, she can no longer get access to your email so you don't have to worry about anything else.
Otherwise, there would be a ton of work in tracking down this person and if your end goal is to bring charges, it could get very expensive.
