Port opening for ip cam

here's the set up iv got with my ip-cam.ive got a hoo-too ip cam ran into a a netgear wgr614v10 i have port fowarding on port 25000 along with the ip cam set to that port....i can log into it via my 192.xxx.xx.xx:xxxxx localy obviously.... but not externaly i use this website to find my ex ip address so that i can log into my cam through an outside line but still no luck......im useing a alltell broadband cad for my local net and a hard line for outside via my neighbors house a couple miles away is the alltell card not letting me in to my network from the outside???? if so is there a way to get in through settings and if not what could b wrong....any help is appreciated  😕

Thanks for your question scott62810.

Are you trying to access your external IP and port from inside your local network? If so, you may need to enable the NAT Loopback in the Router if it has it available. Not all routers have the option.

Also make sure the box is checked to enable the port forward in the router.
