outgoing email header

Email client software (Thunderbird) question.   Is there any way to view an OUTGOING email header?  I can list and view incoming email verbose texts of their headers but need to see what MY outgoing email head is.

Hi Rich. Great question. I don't suppose there's a way to view the outgoing header prior to an email being sent. My best suggestion would be to send yourself an email from Thunderbird and then view the header when the email arrives back to you.
