need help here!

my router says that i have WAN IP 10.xxx.xxx.xx but the site tells me that i have external ip 122.xxx.xx.x whats the difference?

i have a simple webpage in an ip of 192.168.1.25 and i port forward the port 8081 to port 80 if the ip. i can access in locally by typing 10.xxx.xxx.xx:8081 in the web browser but i cant access it outside the network. what should i do?

hope you guys can help cause i'm still new in this networking stuff. thanks!!

Thanks for your question qwerty007. Please don't post the same question in multiple threads. All questions will be answered as quick as we can get to them.

The country your in has very strict limitations on Internet access. The 10. IP address is still a private network just like your 192. IP. The 122. IP address is actually your external IP address. My guess is that you are in some kind of multi-family dwelling or your ISP has you on a proxy of sorts which will prevent you from hosting anything.
