I'm a complete noob at computers, so I have no clue whether my IP address is a static or dynamic IP address.
If this can help at all, my computer is being assigned an internal IP.
Your internal IP might be static but that one doesn't really matter unless you're doing some port forwarding.
To find out if your external IP (The IP address you see when you hit our homepage) is static, you'll need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider).
I looked up your IP and your ISP is Rogers Cable Communications. They'll be able to tell you. Chance are, if you're on a residential type of service, it's dynamic.
