I live in Texas and I was wondering if someone in Florida can send an email through yahoo and have it show that it was sent using my ip or my computer/internet or home network, is this possible?

The short answer is yes.
People can "spoof" an IP address in an email. Also, it is possible that someone has access to your machine without your knowledge and is actually sending the emails through your machine.
