Dear members of the forum:
I out of home and work. I´m in a public Cyber space. Wich "pocket" anonymizer I can use.
I'Ve tried Tor Eff browser, Security Kiss Tunnel , anonymous browser and specially email sender, etc. They seems to work fine tested with whatismyip.com, but which degree of privacy they offer?
They are freeware, must be anything in them that is poor when compared with paid ones
Who can say some realistic about I´ve written?
Thanks and Cheers CARA
I wish I had answers for you. If you say public, and mean locations like public WiFi hotspots or Internet cafes, then your browsing is only as private as the network itself. Many, many WiFi hotspots, especially free ones, don't use any encryption in the signal. So anyone in range of the signal can simply record it all and track all the data at their leisure. I've heard a lot about Tor. Seems to be a very reputable anonymizer/proxy.
