I ran a tracert and now . . .

Hello Everyone,

I ran a tracert for my blog and am supposed to sent the info to one of the techs at my host company. Do I have to type all this stuff out, or is there another more convenient way to send him the info?

Probably I should just stop whining and start typing?

Can't you cut'n'paste it? What's the problem?

If you're using Windows from the command prompt, set 'Edit' mode in the dos box (from the properties menu in the top-left menu). Highlight the text and hit Enter.

Or tracert > foo.txt ; notepad foo.txt Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C

It's much the same on the Mac and Linux from the terminal, except that Terminal is always in 'Edit' mode. Highlight the text and use Cmd-C on Mac, Shift-Ctrl-C on Linux.
