To my knowledge, there are no tools available on the internet to find the location of a mobile number. If someone is harassing you with phone calls, block their number and move on. If they're threatening you, get local law enforcement involved. Law enforcement could potentially subpoena the mobile provider to obtain the owner of the mobile number.
