How can I be running off a Linux system unless I’ve been hacked?

Linux is an Operating System like Windows, or OS X. Where are you seeing Linux that you don't think you should be seeing Linux?

Looking at the screenshots that were in the links you provided, I didn't see anything that would lead me to believe you've been hacked or are otherwise running something that shouldn't be run from your phone. Perhaps I missed something. Can you explain further?
