can i access my blog through any ip or can i translate my blog address in ip which is pointing to my blog.

like my blog is [link removed]

can i access this from ip ??

I'm not sure I understand your question. Blogspot is a public, Web-based blogging service, so you can access it from any PC with a compatible Web browser and with Internet access.

As long as that location doesn't have a firewall blocking the site.
