External IP Address

I've setup a linux web server at home, but when I went on whatismyip.com, and visited the ip, it just came up with my router setup page, not my website.

Sounds like your router's setup page is listening on port 80 on the WAN port.

You'll need to change the setup page to listen on some other port, then forward port 80 to the IP of your local web server.
