DVR remote desktop stopped working, after BT changed modem and router

Hi and thanks for help in advance!
Can you please help me to advise me what I need to do after Bt changed today my modem/router BT business hub to Bt openreach modem and BT infinity router.
MY DVR Remote desktop which is MFC stopped showing cameras view and just display "can't connect to DVR"
Please help if you can,
Ive had static IP adress, but I dont know if they changed anything about this.

Thanks for your question Tom79.

Do the cameras show on the DVR inside the building?

If so, you may need to forward a port in the new router for remote access.
