cPanel log

beigebox asked 2 years ago

My hosting service uses cPanel to administer my website. When reviewing the latest visitor logs, I notice there are several attempts to access my site daily from various ".id" hosts, (for example):

Host: 221.subnet125-164-114.speedy.telkom.net.id

I have these blocked using .htaccess. Is there a way to prevent these .id attempts from even showing up as failed access attempts in the cPanel logs?

You could redirect all speedy.telcom.net.id visitors to a blank page....the page would load successfully therefore not being a failed attempt.
