I need help in composing discovery demands for litigation. What the technical way to ask "Is there a real person writing every message" or are robots posing as members and communicating with subscribers?
I am looking for an expert witness eventually also

Hi, and welcome to our forum. Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any legal experts here. Crafting discovery and other motions for (I assume) a major lawsuit is best handled by real lawyers. The legal demands are far more significant than the technical ones.

I think a good lawyer will be able to find you some good expert witnesses as well. I can certainly speak what I think, but will my credentials stand up in court as a certified expert? That's for a court/jury to decide.
