Apparently his ISP is Orange and user of forum is claiming, that his ISP is using router in Poland.
I'm not sure if such thing is possible at all.
User is using multiply IP addresses as:
31.61.xx.xx [ 3 Posts ]
46.134.xxx.xx [ 2 Posts ]
46.134.xxx.xxx [ 1 Post ]
79.162.xx.xx [ 1 Post ]
5.184.xx.xxx [ 1 Post ]
31.62.xx.xxx [ 1 Post ]
All are showing in Poland in Warsaw.
It's that possible?
Thanks for your question huberkinky.
I don't know how things work in th EU but here in the US, many ISP's are very large. Comcast for example provides residential and business service. My home IP shows as local Minnesota but my business IP shows as being in Texas which is a minimum of 800 miles away.
Also, some ISP's rotate IP's for their customers under the pretense of security but it is really to prevent them from hosting anything in their home.
