Is it possible to track someone, when you have his Ip addres?

Like where he/she went with his/her laptop?

You'd have to install some sort of IP logging software on the laptop to see a history of IPs. The IPs aren't going to pinpoint a location other than a city....you're not going to get a street address.

basically yes, the IP address works the same with someones mailing address, as long as it is connected in the net it can be traced
