Trying to take the piss with a friend overseas, i know his address and i was wondering if i could somehow find a way to get his IP since i know his address? I was gonna use a custom link but I've already told him i'm going to harmlessly DDOS him to annoy him so i want to be discreet about it. Couldn't find anything online that would let me find an IP from a physical address or postcode, any help would be appreciated.

IP address and physical addresses are not tied to each other in any way. The only way you'd be able to get his physical address would be from his ISP and that would take a subpoena for them to hand over that information.
